Sealed BIDS for LEFLORE COUNTY JAIL SECURITY IMPROVEMENTS will be received by the Leflore County Board of Supervisors in the office of the Chancery Clerk in Greenwood, MS until JUNE 3, 2024 @ 3:00 PM, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid onsite walkthrough meeting on MAY 22, 2024 @ 10:00 AM located at the Leflore County Jail, 3600 Baldwin Road, Greenwood, MS 38930. All Plans and Specifications must be purchased prior to this date and will not be available for purchase after May 22, 2024.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Information for Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, Payment Bonds, Performance Bond, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, General Conditions, Supplemental General Conditions, Drawings, Specifications and Addenda may be examined at the following locations.
