(T-NR-E) The scope of this project consists of the following items: NEW HANAGAR. All work is located within the confines of the properties of Winona-Montgomery County Airport. Most of the work will be accomplished while aircraft operations take place in the nearby area. All work will be performed during normal working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., unless otherwise approved by the Owner.
